MU 1143 - Theory II (3) F
The second semester of college music theory, including part-writing, harmonic analysis, and melodic harmonization applied to music of the common practice period (1600-1900). Minimum grade of “C” required to proceed to MU 2133 , MU 2402 , MU 3313 or CMU 2053 .
Prerequisite: Minimum grade of ”C” in MU 1133 (Theory I)
Corequisite: MU 1121 (Sight-Singing, Ear-Training II)
