OGLD 3404 - Workplace and Assessment and Development (4)

This course is intended for students in the PACE subscription program only. It includes an initial assessment of workplace skills for students followed by individualized feedback, a personalized learning plan, and further development of 1 out of 15 CORE competency areas. Development of the chosen competency area will include working with a competency development coach, online learning modules, job embedded activities, simulated practice sessions with feedback, ongoing assessments of at least one competency area that supports each student’s career goals. The price of this course includes transcription fees of all demonstrated areas.
