EN 0110 - Developmental Seminar (3 non-credit hours) F, SP

For Adult Degree students only, based on a placement test. Developmental Seminar is intended to help students develop the university-level competencies in reading and writing that are prerequisite to the standard composition sequence. To that end, this course provides an intensive review of English grammar, mechanics and usage; an introduction to critical thinking; and frequent practice in written composition, including expository essays. Students must pass this course with a grade of “C” or better before they can enroll in EN 1113. This is a developmental non-credit course.
