ED 472C - Clinical Practice III - K-6 (12) F, SP

This course is the capstone experience required for all K-6 education majors - student teaching. Observation and directed teaching for a minimum of 15 weeks in assigned public schools are completed under the supervision of cooperating teachers and a university supervisor. Each student is placed in two varying classroom settings. The student teaching application package must be submitted no later than the last day of exams two semesters prior to student teaching. The accompanying seminar serves to guide candidates through the student teaching experience.

Prerequisite: ED 3649, application approval and admission to the program.
Corequisite: ED 4403.
$400 fee.
