PE 2012 - Lifetime Wellness (2) F, SP This course is an introduction to fitness and wellness. Students will take a fitness assessment and explore ways to establish fitness goals and improve their overall wellness, including participation in an exercise program. Other topics include: healthy nutrition and weight management, managing stress appropriately and understanding the importance of engaging in a healthy lifestyle.
This course is available for freshmen only.
