ME 1123 - Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering (3) SP

Fundamentals of engineering design as it applies to mechanical engineering. Emphasis is on design and the supporting analysis required to develop and assess candidate designs. Designs are related to the major subdisciplines in mechanical engineering: the design process, solid mechanics and materials, thermal-fluid and energy systems, motion and power transmission.

Prerequisite: ENGR 1113.
