ICM 5082 - Strategic Negotiation in Legal Settings (2) This course will teach students how to analyze, prepare for, and execute negotiations at a sophisticated level, through actions both at and away from the bargaining table. It will give the student the opportunity to enhance their strengths as a negotiator and to shore up their weaknesses.
