This course provides an advanced level and comprehensive overview to the academic and practical applied study Organizational Communication. Organizational communication is the study of communication by and within organizations, including communication between individuals, groups and units as well as communication by the organization with internal and external audiences, stakeholders and constituents. This course covers the major scholarly perspectives on organizational communication as well as specific theories, models, constructs and significant research findings.
