NUGR 5623 - Clinical Assessment and Documentation

This course discusses medical terminology and standardized language for the Nutrition Care Process of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and documentation of the Nutrition Care Process in the medical record. The course will include participation in the Grand Rounds activities in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (to include nutrition documentation as it applies to patient cases in the interprofessional practice setting.)
