CO 6113 - Pro Seminar in Communication & Communication Theory (3) F

This required gateway seminar provides a comprehensive introduction to communication graduate studies and an overview of various perspectives, paradigms, models and scholarly theories in the academic discipline of communication. Upon completing this course, students will have a broad understanding of the purposes and methods of graduate level study, the major focal areas, key major theories of communication and specialized knowledge in an area of interest.
