ME 4733 - Alternative Energy Sources (3) SP Offered odd-numbered years

A study of the fundamental principles of alternative energy. Covers the major alternative energy sources: wind, solar, tidal and wave energy; biomass; biofuels; geothermal; fuel cells and hydrogen.

Prerequisites: EECE 2213 , ME 3703  both with a minimum grade of “C.”
Lecture, 3 hours.
