CMU 1023 - Introduction to Audio Production (3) S

An introduction to the basics of digital audio production, this course examines the roles of musician, vocalist, producer and engineer in the creation of audio. The student learns the digital workstation environments of Pro Tools and Logic, including MIDI, samples, softsynths, plugins and outboard gear.

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of “C” in CMU 1102
