EG 7133 - Organizational Theory and Practice (3)

This course examines research on organizational theory as it pertains to the effective management and leadership of a dynamic learning organization. Literature, case studies and class discussion will be used to study the analysis of organizational effectiveness. Emphasis will be placed on strategic planning, continuous improvement, benchmarking, small-scale and large-scale change issues, team leadership and the role of organizational leaders.
