EG 6313 - Strategic Innovation (3)

This course is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement strategic plans for change. Candidates will examine the strategic planning process and understand structural elements of a strategic plan as well as the interpersonal relationships that must be recognized and leveraged to fully implement any short- and long-term changes. This course is applicable to all educators who find themselves leading or supporting the strategic planning process at any level to promote success for students and the institution’s community.
