FI 4033 - Valuation (3) SP

This course prepares students with the tools and techniques to assess the valuation of a wide variety of assets and financial transactions. Among the topics covered are mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, leveraged recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and private equity and venture capital investments.
