BU 6723 - Financial Analysis and Valuation (3)
This course will explore issues related to analyzing and valuing firms, investment projects, and financial transactions. Specific topics include relative and intrinsic valuation, leveraged recaps, M&A, IPOs, private equity, venture capital, among others.
Prerequisite: A grade of “B” or better in BU 6053.
