This course provides an in-depth exploration of international finance and risk management. The course emphasizes developing a comprehensive framework for evaluating trade on a global scale, equipping students with the necessary tools to understand and analyze financial dynamics in today’s interconnected economy.
 
Students will engage with key concepts such as foreign exchange markets, international capital flows, global trade risks, risk management using derivative financial instruments, and economic policies’ impact on trade relationships. The course fosters critical thinking about how finance influences international business decisions and strategies through case studies and practical applications.

A grade of “B” or higher in BU 6053.
