CEA 6003 - Strategic Leadership in Creative Industries Capstone (3)

This capstone integrates strategic leadership, entrepreneurial venture creation, change leadership team dynamics. Students will consider the scalability of their project through IP monetization, multi-stream revenue models and partnerships. Through the analysis and simulation work students will gain valuable insight into real organizational challenges, negotiating creative deals, developing leadership strategies, and designing financially viable ventures rooted in their specific creative field (Film, Music, Fashion, or Non-Profit Arts Management). Emphasis is placed on practical decision-making, ethical leadership, scalability, strategic planning. Students produce a professional-grade strategic portfolio that includes a venture or leadership plan, negotiation brief, and IP monetization strategy and will pitch these portfolios to select CEA Faculty at the end of their program. It’s the only required Zoom meeting.
