AR 3723 - Typography I (3) F

This course covers the anatomy of type, equipping students with the skills to identify fonts by their attributes, and emphasizes typography as an integral part of design. Through hands-on assignments, students will explore effective uses of typography, gaining a deeper understanding of how letterforms communicate content and emotion. By the end of the course, students will be proficient in the aesthetic use of type and improve the delivery of content through the proper use of typography. This course meets six hours per week.
