BA 3993 - Business Values: Virtue, Flourishing and Vocation (3) This course examines how Christian understandings of virtue, human flourishing, and vacation shape ethical thinking and professional life. Rooted in the belief that individuals are image bearers of God, students explore how faith-informed values guide decisions, behaviors, and aspirations within the business context. Ethical dilemmas are analyzed from both Christian and diverse global perspectives, with a focus on sustainability, justice, diversity, and multicultural work environments. Emphasis is placed on reflective thinking, informed argumentation, and written and oral communication. The course deepens students’ biblical foundation while equipping them to pursue virtue, promote human flourishing, and live out their vocation with integrity.
