BMS 5213 - Biostatistics (3) This is a mathematically sophisticated introduction to the concepts and methods of biostatistical data analysis. The topics include descriptive statistics, sampling distributions, point and confidence interval estimation, hypothesis testing, a variety of one and two-sample parametric and on-parametric methods for analyzing continuous and discrete and simple linear regression. The course provides hands-on training with SAS applications to prepare students for real-life data collection and analysis.
