NUGR 5403 - Special Topics: Medical Nutrition Therapy (3) -Fall Semester

This course for Dietetic Interns (DI) and Individualized Supervised Practice Pathway (ISPP) interns complements the supervised practice components of the experiential program related to entry-level competence for the registered dietitian as defined by The Accreditation Council on Education for Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) as well as two additional program concentration competencies related to the Medical Nutrition Therapy focus.  This course includes the didactic activities to support the program curriculum related to the ACEND competencies, which are provided in the Internship Handbook.  

This is a required course as a dietetic intern.
