Your journey as a student pharmacist at Lipscomb will start with exposure to a world-class faculty that will lead you in learning and developing your competencies that will to make a difference in the health outcomes of patients.  Our faculty are recognized as leaders in pharmacy education, research, and service.  They are here to not only lead you in learning in the classroom and the patient’s bedside, but they also will serve side by side with you in both domestic and global mission fields.  You will quickly see the caring and compassionate nature of our faculty when you engage them in discussion and see how they live the Christian values that guide their lives.

The College of Pharmacy is steeped in the traditions of public service, focused on health care delivery to the public and committed to the principles of Christian service. The College of Pharmacy curriculum is a four-year doctoral program. To provide the proper foundation for students entering the College of Pharmacy doctoral program there must be a minimum of two years of pre-pharmacy work completed which consists of at least 61 semester credits in pre-pharmacy courses. The Health Science 3+1 Program is designed specifically for students who wish to matriculate to the Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy and earn a bachelor’s degree in addition to the Doctor of Pharmacy degree. After the first year of pharmacy school, specific pharmacy courses will be used to satisfy the remainder of the undergraduate requirements for Lipscomb University.
