Leadership Concentration (minimum 9 hours)

The student must take three of the following courses for the Leadership Concentration:

BU 6503 - Leading Teams and Groups in Organizations (3)
BU 6543 - Organizational Development (3)
BU 6763 - Leading Change (3)
BU 6773 - The Employment Relationship (3)
ICM 5013 - Negotiation and Settlement Processes (3)

MBA Core Courses (27 hours required)

The Lipscomb MBA includes 12 required core courses to be completed by all graduate students.

Concentration Electives

Students select nine hours of concentration electives from three current concentration options or a distributed concentration made up of the student’s choice of nine hours from among the concentrations.
