Students will explore both quantitative and qualitative research techniques to gather actionable feedback, use UX analytics to assess behavior and inform design decisions, and track KPIs. The program also covers the role of UX in marketing strategies and e-commerce, teaching students how to optimize customer journeys, integrate AI, and enhance shopping experiences across multiple business models.
