The Master of Arts in Leadership and Public Service academic program consists of 30 hours of designated course work. It will provide academic programming to students interested in working or currently working in public service by addressing distinct needs:
1. Graduate education in Public Service and Public Policy (including theoretical foundations and application of this theory),
2. Exposure to the workings of government and nonprofit entities engaged in public service
3. Graduate education in leadership development, including ethics, collaboration, and change management
