This thesis option is for students with no prior molecular biology research experience. The thesis option is an additional 6-9 credit hours to the M.S. in Biomolecular Science. It will increase your competitiveness for doctoral programs and employment in research laboratories. Students with a strong interest in Biomolecular research will gain more extensive experience in independent research. This could lead to more opportunities for publication and presentation of your work at the regional, national, and international levels.
