BU 6252 - Integrated Talent Management (2) The purpose of this course is to think strategically about the management of talent by applying theories from prior core courses including leadership, organizational behavior, economics, analytics, and finance. Talent is a key competitive advantage for an organization, so accurately forecasting capacity, turnover, recruitment, and succession pipelines for that talent can positively impact financial performance and organizational health. Additionally, creating an organizational culture that adequately develops and engages employees can reduce turnover, increase job satisfaction, and enhance employee and organizational success.
