BI 3183 - Theological Interpretation of Scripture (3) SP

This course will introduce students to interpretive skills and theological commitments that foster Christian interpretation of Scripture. Special attention will be given to topics such as the nature of Scripture, the different genres of biblical books, social and cultural backgrounds, and the role of tradition in interpretation.
