FI 3013 - Corporate Finance (3) F


This course will develop analytical skills for making corporate investment with respect to financial decisions and risk analysis. To that end, students will examine various theories including the concepts of present value, the opportunity cost of capital, discounted cash flow analysis, valuation techniques, risk and return, capital asset pricing model, capital budgeting, corporate capital structure and financing decisions, dividend policy, and investment and financial decisions in the international context, including exchange rate/interest rate analysis, and issues of corporate governance and control.

Prerequisite: FI 3503 Principles of Finance
