FI 4023 - Financial Data Analytics (3) F

Students will be immersed in the applications of data analytics and big data technologies to the fields of accounting and finance. Going beyond descriptive analytics, students will explore applications of predictive and prescriptive analytics to data generated by the business in contexts such as prediction of revenue streams and trends, identification of suspicious transactions, and scenario modeling of possible options under accounting standards.
