BI 4063 - Family & Congregational Dynamics (3) SP

A study of the dynamics of family and congregational processes in light of Family Systems Theory. The course will emphasize the integration and overlapping of the three families of the minister, relationships in parenting and congregational staff, implications for pastoral care, and leadership dynamics.
