MG 4613 - Communication Skills for Managers (3)

This course is designed to help students learn to work more effectively in diverse groups and teams. Students will examine research that shows how spoken and embodied language influences relationships, communication, actions, and habit development. Students will learn how to improve their presence, listening, paraphrasing, questioning, feedback and direct communication skills in a workshop-type setting. Instructors will demonstrate, observe, and give feedback on student performance of key communication competencies.
