DS 4403 - Practical Applications in Data (3) (SP) This capstone course is designed for students to apply their knowledge in data to practical use cases. Students will work on projects that demonstrate their ability to analyze, interpret, and draw insights from complex datasets, and apply modern data tools and techniques to solve real-world problems. As part of their work, students will participate in both individual and team activities involving the end-to-end process of data analysis, including data acquisition, cleaning, manipulation, visualization, statistical inference, and machine learning. Upon completion of the course, students will have gained valuable experience working on a team, managing a project, and presenting their work to a wider audience.
