PERF 6201 - Capstone Development II (1)

The student is expected to complete one significant research project during their two-year tenure. A literature search and review regarding an applicable perfusion topic, and thereafter, completion of a scientific research project and preparation of a paper suitable for peer-reviewed publication. The student may be required to present their research project before perfusion departmental staff, program officials, cardio-thoracic personnel, and/or participation at a perfusion conference. This course is the second course of a two-course series that will provide the detailed foundation and skills necessary for perfusion students to research, write, and publish a scientific article of interest within the cardiovascular perfusion field.
