HOSP 3003 - Revenue Management (3)


This course will provide an introduction to revenue management as a systematic process designed to increase revenue by leveraging tools designed to manage length-of-stay and applying effective pricing strategies in Rooms, Food and beverage, and other profit centers. Elements of forecasting, strategies, and tactics to maximize yield during high- and low-demand periods will be analyzed. Students will have a range of projects to explore current methods of analytics and the challenges of decision-making in teams using simulation software.
