AAI 3013 - Ethics and Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence (3) F


An interdisciplinary examination of ethical challenges and societal implications of artificial intelligence. Topics include algorithmic bias, fairness, privacy, transparency, automation and employment, accountability, societal impacts, and AI safety. Students analyze real-world case studies, engage with current AI ethics frameworks, and develop criteria for responsible AI deployment. Course additionally emphasizes critical thinking and considers multiple stakeholder perspectives.

Prerequisites: AAI 1013  with grade of “C” or higher
