NUGR 5153 - Nutrition Research (3) This 3-hour spring course for Dietetic Interns (DI) is an overview of the research process and completion of a nutrition research project, including a literature review, formulation of a research question, design of a study proposal, submission to the Lipscomb Institutional Review Board (IRB), management of the study, interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data, and finally a presentation of the professionally printed research poster.
