NUGR 5513 - Advanced Medical Nutrition Therapy II
This course covers therapeutic nutrition based on modification of the nutrients in a normal diet for prevention or correction of various diseases: renal, cancer, diabetes, metabolic stress, neurological, pulmonary and inborn errors of metabolism.
Undergraduate coursework in basic nutrition, chemistry, anatomy and physiology is prerequisite for this course.
