PERF 5001 - Seminar I / Interprofessional Education (1)

Using cased-based critical thinking scenarios, this course is designed to provide students with the knowledge to apply basic medical terminology, teach sterile and surgical technique, incorporate patient safety and quality improvement strategies, describe the landscape of healthcare policy and health equity, operationalize interprofessional education and collaborative care, and embrace ethical principles.
