MU 3112 - Form and Analysis (2) SP
A study of the general principles which govern the structure of music. The course includes experiences in Schenkerian reduction analysis and covers traditional Western music forms in many genres, as well as form in popular music and various world musics.
Prerequisite: Minimum grade of “C” in 2133 (Theory III).
