NUTR 4623 - Clinical Nutrition Documentation (3) SP

This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge to understand and implement the Nutrition Care Process as a standardized process for providing nutrition care.  This course will include Nutrition Assessment and Reassessment including Nutrition Focused Physical Examinations and common nutrition-related calculations, Nutrition Diagnosis, Nutrition Intervention, and Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation.  Included in this course is the inclusion of proper medical terminology for nutrition documentation.  Prerequisites:  NUTR 2613 or permission of instructor.
