CMU 2113 - Music Industry Agreements and Contracts (3) SP Offered odd-numbered years

Students will explore the critical elements of music industry agreements, techniques for negotiating principled and effective agreements and will survey the common types of agreements applicable to music-based careers. With an eye for evolving market and business trends, concepts will be taught via lecture, guest experts, research, and practical exercises.

Prerequisite: CMU 1013 Introduction to the Music Industry, Sophomore standing
