BY 2013 - Earth Science (3)

This course explores principles of earth science and their application to environmental biology. Students will examine geological, atmospheric, hydrological, and biological systems and their interconnections. Topics include earth’s geological processes, soil ecology, atmospheric composition and climate systems, hydrological cycle and freshwater ecosystems, plate tectonics and biodiversity patterns, and geological aspects of habitat conservation.
