EN 1223 - Writing: Rhetorical Techniques (3) F, SP, SU

Students will craft personal, academic and professional writing, developing rhetorical strategies as they critically consider the best structure, the perspective of their audience and relevant research. Students will develop information literacy and revision skills as they develop effective arguments.

Prerequisite: CO 1223; Score of 22 or higher on the ACT Reading/Writing section (540 or higher on the SAT Writing section) or credit for EN 1113 with a grade of C or above. Students without ACT scores must take a departmental writing assessment.
