LJS 3533 - Women and the Law (3)

This course examines the development of women’s legal issues, particularly in the United States. Students should gain an understanding of landmark case law as well as the implications those cases have had on our society. This course also will focus on the stories of influential women, both locally and nationally, and the impact of these women on society today and in the future.
