KIN 1002 - Introduction to Physical Wellbeing (2) F, SP, SU


This course explores introductory information about 1) physical wellbeing through exercise participation,  guidelines, and recommendations, 2) healthful eating recommendations, 3) techniques for mindfulness or stress management, and 4) the importance of engaging in a holistically healthy lifestyle.

Individual sections may focus on one of the four main content areas or include content from all areas. This course may be offered in person, online, or hybrid.

This course replaces PE 2012  Lifetime Wellness.
