KIN 1011 - Physical Wellbeing: Recreational Training (1) F, SP A course designed to explore 1) the basic rules and/or techniques of recreational exercise, and 2) the benefits of physical wellbeing by engaging in recreational exercise. Participation in physical activity is required for successful completion of course.
This introductory course could include activities such as walking/jogging, basic weight/strength training, and/or basic conditioning.
