KIN 1021 - Physical Wellbeing: Advanced Training (1) F, SP A course designed to explore 1) the basic rules and/or techniques of advanced exercise, and 2) the benefits of physical wellbeing by engaging in advanced exercise. Participation in physical activity is required for successful completion of course.
This advanced course could include activities such as jogging/running, advanced weight/strength training, advanced conditioning, and/or powerlifting.
