KIN 1031 - Physical Wellbeing: Mind-Body Fusion (1) F, SP


A course designed to explore 1) the basic rules and/or techniques of mind-body fusion activities, and 2) the benefits of physical wellbeing by engaging in mind-body fusion activities. Participation in physical activity is required for successful completion of course.

This course could include activities such as yoga, pilates, and/or stretching.
